The time has come. Award season is finally underway after many delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Golden Globe Awards is one of the major events that everyone tunes into to see who will win in TV and Film, but for some of us, like me, it’s all about the fashion and makeup, to see what colors, styles, and designers will be worn! I love watching these red carpet looks, even if things are different this year.Â
While award shows are virtual this year, fashion won’t be lacking. In fact, people are expecting to see more over-the-top and glamorous looks than ever! Let’s take a look at some of my favorite looks from the awards.
Amanda Seyfried

Amanda Seyfried wore Oscar de la Renta for last night’s Golden Globe Awards. She was nominated for her role in Mank.
I love this elegant floral gown. It looks beautiful on Amanda and I love how natural her makeup looks. Kind of bridal like. Her makeup artist used some Lancome products.
Maria Bakalova

Maria Bakalova wore Armani for her first nomination as Tutar in Borat: Subsequent Movie Film.
She looks stunning in this red strapless dress. Total princess vibes, which are my favorite types of looks!Â
Sarah Hyland

Sarah Hyland wore Monique Lhuillier for pre-show Golden Globes coverage.
Again, I love these types of off-the-shoulder princessy gowns, but with bold reds that give off girl power vibes.
Sarah looks beautiful and her makeup is stunning.
Lily Collins

Lily Collins wore a colorful, ’80s-inspired paisley print one-shouldered dress made by Saint Laurent, which also included a playful cutout detail at the side. She kept the fun look going with her hoop earrings and bouncy curls. I also love her makeup. That lip shade really suits her skin tone.
